Joshua Pierce is joining the EGC Construction team as assistant project manager. Pierce will be responsible for supporting project executives on management efforts in order to meet client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner. He will coordinate communications with the project team, including submittals, drawings, requests for information and schedule updates.
“We are excited to bring Joshua on as the newest member of our management staff,” says Shad Sletto, project development manager at EGC. “His background with the U.S. Marine Corps will provide a unique look at our project plans, and we look forward to the positive contribution that he will have on upcoming projects.”
Pierce currently attends Northern Kentucky University, where he is working toward earning a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical and manufacturing engineering technology. He previously attended Military Occupational School and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Joshua and his wife, Tara, along with their niece and three children, returned to their native Florence, Kentucky, after completing his honorable military service. Pierce previously worked for a distribution company in northern Kentucky.
