EGC Construction Adds Former P&G Strategist to Leadership Team

EGC Construction has hired Greg Fox as its Vice President of Operations. Fox was formerly at Procter and Gamble for 21 years, where he most recently led construction capital purchasing. His role at P&G included leading Integrated Project Delivery for capital purchasing, which will carry over into his new role of expanding EGC’s collaborative building processes.

Fox brings a wealth of experience in project management, procurement, lean systems and client services to his new role at EGC. He is responsible for developing a turn-key, integrated strategy to efficiently utilize the company’s resources. He will also focus on the integration of EGC’s design and construction services by creating new or renovated processes, in order to successfully meet client and industry expectations.

“We are thrilled to welcome Fox to our team,” says Fred McCoy, Senior Vice President at EGC. “His depth of industry knowledge and experience will bring value to our clients and future projects.”

Outside of work, Fox is involved with charities and support groups that help children and families of children with special needs. He has won numerous community leadership awards through programs like People with Disabilities (PwD) and Employee’s with Disabled Dependents (EwDD) Affinity Networks.

Fox holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati. He was also previously an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering & Applied Sciences for almost 6 years, teaching construction management courses in project controls and labor productivity.
