Raymond C. Beil, President

With over 50 years experience in construction of design/build and residential projects, Raymond Beil manages the company and, through an annual work program, directs the future of the company. Ray was inducted in to the Kentucky Home Builders Hall of Fame (2004) and is the recipient of the Don Wiedeman Award from the NKY HBA.

Ray’s affiliations with professional and social organizations include:

  • Member, Resolutions Committee, National Association of Home Builders;
  • Board of Directors, Newport Southbank Bridge Company (Purple People Bridge);
  • Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati;
  • Life Director and Life Spike of National Home Builders Association;
  • Past President (1990), State Director and Vice President/Treasurer (1989) of Kentucky Home Builders Association;
  • Past President of Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky; former member of Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission (1978-1984);
  • Served on the Northern Kentucky and Kenton County Municipal Planning Commission (1972-1996);
  • National Representative and Chairman of National Association of Home Builders Custom Homes Committee;
  • Builder of the Year, Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky in 1978 and 1982 (the only time this award has been given to the same individual twice).

Ray received the Builder of the Year Award from the Home Builders Association of Kentucky in 1991. He was also elected Chairman of the National Commercial Builders Council in 1992 and was a member of the National Association of Home Builders Executive Committee. In 2003, Ray was recognized as the Frontiersman of the Year, which is given annually to a Chamber of Commerce member exhibiting leadership in service to the community.

Mr. Beil is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Southbank, a regional economic develop initiative.

Fred J. McCoy, Vice President of Operations

Fred is responsible for the daily operations of EGC Construction. He joined EGC in April 1987 and has been in the construction field for over 40 years. Prior to joining EGG, he worked with Fru-Con Corporation of St. Louis, Missouri for 20 years where he was assigned to the Special Projects Division as Construction Manager, working primarily on projects with Procter & Gamble. He has continued that relationship through EGC.

Fred’s expertise in project management and equipment rigging/setting throughout the U.S., as well as overseas, is a valuable asset to the specialized work performed by EGC. Fred began his career as a Certified Welder with Fru-Con, working through the ranks as foreman, general foreman, superintendent, Project Engineer, and finally as Construction Manager. Fred has been involved in numerous types of construction projects, including pharmaceutical, airport, marine facilities and industrial projects throughout North America, Southeast Asia, and South America.

Jim Brunemann – Vice President Commercial Construction

Jim earned his MBA in finance from Xavier University in 1984 and has over 34 years experience in construction project management, estimating, and sales. Since becoming a member of the EGC team in 1990, Jim has managed and coordinated large projects for EGC’s clients. He oversees the operation of Commercial Construction work in the company and has the managerial role of ensuring EGC performs in accordance with our construction documents and contracts. He is involved in planning, estimating, design review and construction management for all ongoing commercial projects.

Shaun Anderson -- Architect, Director, Design Services

Registered in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and NCARB Certified, Shaun has over twenty years experience in design and construction of commercial, medical, and residential projects. Since joining EGC in 1991 as Senior Architect, Shaun has been responsible for the design of all Design/Build projects. Involved in all aspects of the project, Shaun oversees the project manager and estimator throughout the process of design, construction and warranty as well as being responsible for leading our in-house design studio. His experience as lead architect, as well as project manager, creates the most effective form of turn-key project management available.

Shad Sletto – Marketing Manager

Working in Commercial, Industrial and Residential Project Development, Shad creates solutions for EGC's clients. He started at EGC in 1996 and has marketed and developed several products for EGC since that time. Shad previously worked as a Real Estate Manager for a large corporation in Southwest Ohio, purchasing land, buying architectural and contracting services and managing property. Shad graduated in 1990 from The University of Kentucky with a Masters degree in Administration.

Todd Meineke – Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining EGC in 1984, Todd worked with Arthur Andersen on their audit team. Currently, Todd specializes in the financial planning aspects unique to the construction industry as well as tax and data processing issues. He graduate Cum Laude from Miami University of Ohio in 1981, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting. Todd is Certified Public Accountant in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Construction Financial Management Association.
