At EGC Construction our employees are our most important resource.  Our key objective is that they all return home to their families every day, healthy and unhurt.

We will take all reasonable action to meet or exceed our safety goals.  We will continuously monitor and improve our safety program towards our goal of Zero Injuries and Zero tolerance of unsafe acts and conditions.  We will measure our results against the very best.

We will deploy reasonable resources to achieve VPP status through the ABC Challenge Process.  We will involve our employees in our safety effort, encouraging them to report and correct hazards, offer safety suggestions, help conduct audits, attend training, and actively participate in safety activities.
